Although we are facing challenges with maintaining stock of all needed materials required to ensure a top of the line A Town product, delays are inevitable for receiving materials required to produce your order. Please visit the UPS website for shipping delays in your area. Once your order leaves our shop for UPS shipping, we are not responsible for delays imposed by shipping delays from UPS.

Please allow up to two weeks before your item is shipped. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground and will arrive at their destination within 3-5 business days.

ATown Customs does ship internationally. Please contact ATown customs directly for shipping and ordering instructions for international orders.

All return requests must be submitted within 10 calendar days of the date the order was placed with ATOWN CUSTOMS INC to be considered for a refund, exceptions apply. Return requests, refunds, and exchange requests for orders placed as "custom" orders or "custom candy colors" can not be accepted. However, if you contact ATOWN CUSTOMS within 48 hours of placing your order on www.atowncustoms.com the request to modify your "custom" orders or "custom candy colors" will be granted. Returns for refund or exchange will not be accepted by ATOWN CUSTOMS INC. from third party sellers, under any circumstance. Products must be returned in original condition, unused, unaltered and free of damage, defect, and/or cosmetic flaws with its included accessories and packaging. Return requests made after the 10th calendar day, will not be accepted, under any circumstance. Return or exchanges will be processed within 10 business days of product being received and inspected by ATOWN CUSTOMS INC. and will be processed and/or refunded to the original payment method. Please note, that we can only process request and accept return’s only in the country in which they were originally purchased. For the lifetime of your purchase we will repair or replace as determined by ATOWN CUSTOMS, your products for any defects done unto WELDS made by ATOWN CUSTOMS INC. ONLY. If there is any defects or flaws in the workmanship of the welds produced by ATOWN CUSTOMS INC. we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product, at our discretion. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within standard processing times, average 2-4 weeks from product purchase, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us. If for any reason you need to return an item, you will be responsible for shipping costs to return item as well as a Restocking Fee $35. Only unused items free of alteration, free of damage, and/or wear and tear will be accepted. For returns, please contact ATown Customs.

You can still place your order for items that are listed as back ordered, back logged, or out of stock, however processing times are longer. Please allow 6-10 weeks before your item is shipped for items that are back logged, on back order, or out of stock.

Although we strive to maintain stock of all products, most of our orders are made to order, and given our wide variety of color selections for your product, standard processing is approximately 2-4 weeks. Once you have placed your order, we begin processing the order by fulfiling the order details and customizing to your specifications. We will then ship your items, via UPS Ground.
